The Shirley’s 5K Run and Dog Walk will return to the area on August 14th. The race begins and ends at the Maple Manor swim club on Dillon Road. Funds raised at the event and allied fundraising go to support animal rescue and service animal organization.
The MGCA March 23 networking lunch featured Dr Deb Wheeler, Upper Dublin School District Superintendent.
Dr Wheeler spoke and answered questions from the group for nearly 40 minutes. Thank you from the MGCA.

MGCA will once again be sponsoring Shirley’s Run this year. Shirley’s Run will be held August 18th and will raise money for Animal Rescue.

For the past few years Brandywine Senior Living at Dresher Estates has been a “Chamber Night” sponsor for the READING FIGHTIN PHILS. This year the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce night will be on Friday, June 7th. The game starts at 7:05 followed by a fabulous fireworks display. The READING PHILS will be playing the HARRISBURG SENATORS. The First Energy Stadium is about an hour and 15 minutes from the Fort Washington exit on the PA Turnpike. For those of you who have attended in the past you know how much fun this evening is for adults and children. Sooooooo… Just give me a call and I will set aside tickets for you.
