Saturday, December 3: The PennSuburban Chamber 7th Annual 5K Get Frosty Chamber Challenge.
The Gun Goes off at 9:10 am and registration begins at 7:45 am. Location: Penndale Middle School, 400 Penn Street, Lansdale, PA.
Following amenities will be provided:
- Recorded music by DJ & The Stars Food & Beverages for all participants after the race
- Restroom facilities inside Penndale Middle School Water stop
- Ambulance service provided by Volunteer Medical Service Corps Lansdale Police Department assisting with traffic
- And Lots of Surprises, including a few of Frosty’s icy awards
Come on out and “Get Frosty” – And don’t forget to bring along an unwrapped toy for donation to the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club!
Runner Registration Pre-Registration fee: $22.50 by November 28; $25.00 after November 28
A portion of the proceeds will be given to the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club.

2nd Annual Shirley’s Run and Dog Walk
Sunday Morning, August 21nd, MapleGlen,PA

It’s Fast! It’s Fun! But… It Will NOT Last! Best goodie bag around. Entertainment provided by Sound Sensation DJs.
For Runners: Only $20 until August 8th. ($10 for ages 19 and under)
For Dogs and their escorts: Only $10 until August 8th
For Both the Run and Dog Walk: Only $25 until August 8
(Pet sitters will be available to hold your dog while you participate in the run)
Runners who participate in both events will receive a very special prize
Shirley Schriftman loved animals. She also loved watching two of her sons Ross and Lee run races. As I small child, she used to watch the Boston Marathon while sitting on her Father’s shoulders at Coolidge Corner 2 miles from the finish line and a half mile from her home. Her stories inspired Ross to start running marathons. Shirley’s last BAAMarathonwas in 2005 watching Ross compete. It was her last trip to her home town before she developed Alzheimer’s disease. In her memory Shirley’s Run raises funds for the Shirley Schriftman Fund for Animals; a donor advised fund at the Montgomery County Foundation. www.mcfoundationinc.org. The fund supports animal rescue and animal training organizations in theMontgomeryCounty area. The 5K Course is a fast one with a nice down hill toward the end
